Reclaimed copper wire is shaped and fused between white and clear glass to form the structure of the tree. Colored glass flakes and chips are then added and it is fused again at a lower temperature to affix the colored pieces without losing the texture. A charming flame worked glass bluebird was added to the branches after the final firing.
